Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • in the same condition you received it
  • with tags attached (if applicable)
  • in its original packaging

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Handmade & Custom Item Policy

Because many TRT Creative Designs items are handmade, upcycled, customized, painted, patched, distressed, or one-of-a-kind, slight variations and imperfections are considered part of the item’s unique character and are not considered defects.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or altered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is damaged
  • the item is defective
  • you received the wrong item

We will work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item and packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • custom or personalized items
  • made-to-order items
  • sale or clearance items
  • gift cards
  • worn or washed items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Because most of our items are one-of-a-kind, exchanges may not always be available.

If you would like a different size or item, the fastest option is to:

  1. request an approved return (if eligible)
  2. place a new order separately

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
