Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
Because many TRT Creative Designs items are handmade, customized, or one-of-a-kind, some orders may require additional preparation time. Customers will be notified if any delays occur.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- package size
- weight
- shipping destination
- selected shipping method
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, TRT Creative Designs is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:
- weather
- holidays
- postal disruptions
- incorrect shipping addresses
- lost or delayed carrier scans
Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
TRT Creative Designs is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, TRT Creative Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please:
- check with neighbors or household members
- contact your local carrier
- file a claim directly with the shipping carrier if necessary
We are happy to assist with locating shipment details when possible.
Inventory Availability
Because inventory may be sold simultaneously through:
- our Shopify store
- Etsy
- social media
- and in-person craft fairs
availability may occasionally change quickly.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be notified as soon as possible and issued a full refund.
Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Items
Many TRT Creative Designs products are:
- handmade
- upcycled
- distressed
- painted
- customized
- or one-of-a-kind
Slight variations in color, stitching, fabric wear, or embellishment placement are considered part of the unique character of each item.
